Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the product in its original Daniel Wellington box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
